Freeman T. Porter is a French ready-to-wear brand, specializing in denim and distributed in several countries.
In addition to accelerating its online presence, the brand is represented in over 600 points of sale.
Our products are distributed through a network of multi-brand retailers, in our affiliated boutiques and on our e-shop.
Thanks to a solid team of around thirty people between the ages of 25 and 49, our results are growing at the same speed as our ambition.

-MISSIONS:
- You advise and support our customers by managing incoming telephone calls and e-mails,
- You will be responsible for the administrative and commercial follow-up of orders and ensure that they arrive safely,
- You provide after-sales service to customers,
- You are a support to our sales team.
-PROFILE:
- Proven interpersonal skills,
- Solution-oriented, you ensure customer satisfaction,
- You are organized, a good listener and can think ahead,
- You are able to manage several situations at the same time,
- You are dynamic and able to keep your cool,
- Your master the French language better than Molière,
- You have a good command of Pack Office (Excel and Word),
- You speak English,
- You enjoy working in a team,
- And as a bonus, if you speak German and/or Spanish, we'll put your CV at the top of the pile ;)

You'll be working in our Creutzwald (57) HQ and taking part in the day-to-day life of our incredible team.
Interacting with the sales, marketing, accounting and logistics teams.
Coffee, tea, cake: the basics!
