Product

Where are our products manufactured?

Our pants and denims are made in Turkey or Morocco.
Why? Simply because they are the best in terms of denim.
They have developed a real know-how in this field and have our full trust.

As for our tops, they are mostly made in China.
Why? Simply because of the quantity of quality fabrics available, and their know-how in terms of manufacturing.

In all cases, we work with reliable partners with whom we have established a relationship of trust, some of whom have been working with us for over 20 years.

We also make sure that all our suppliers respect the working conditions, hygiene, and safety of the workers as well as their well-being.

We also make sure that child labor is not tolerated in these companies.

It is also important to us that these partners respect environmental constraints.

How do we select our fabrics?

We choose our fabrics firstly for their comfort.
We always try to choose noble materials when it is possible, and when the product does not require a particular technique.
We replace as soon as possible synthetic materials by more environmentally friendly materials when we have an alternative.

How to take care of my jeans ?

The care of jeans has always been the subject of much debate.

From the point of view of purists, to bring a certain patina to your pants, it would be better not to leave them in contact with water and therefore not to wash them...

Without going to these extremes, it is however totally unnecessary to wash them every time you wear them. The colors would quickly become less saturated.

The basis of a good cleaning is to put your jeans inside out, use a delicate program or wash them cold and use a detergent for dark clothes.

Shoes, jewels and accessories, where to find them?

It seems you like our looks and accessorizing.
We are very happy about that! :D

Delivery

What are the possible delivery methods?

We work with reliable and fast carriers in France and abroad, and several delivery methods are available depending on the destination country. 

- Colissimo Domicile,
- Colissimo Point Relais,
- Chronopost Domicile,
- Chronopost Relais,

If you place your order before 3pm, your parcel will leave on the same day. However, this time may be extended during our commercial operations.

What are the delivery times and costs?

SHIPPING

Free Shipping in Metropolitan France per Colissimo and Chronopost Relais.

Belgium, Luxembourg, Nederlands, free shipping per Colissimo Domicile & Relais.

Germany free shipping for orders over 120€ per Colissimo & Chronopost Domicile.

For non-European Countries, additional customs taxes may apply and are under your cost. More information in our General Terms & Policy.

When will my order ship?

To France and abroad / Monday to Friday.

  1. Order before 3:00 pm: Shipment the same day*
  2. Order after 3:00 pm: Shipment the next day*
  3. Order after 3:00 pm on Friday & weekend: Shipment the following Monday*
  4. Order on a public holiday (France): Shipment on the next working day

*In the event of promotional operation such as Black Friday, these delays may be extended due to the large number of orders. 
Be ensured that our teams do their best to send your order as soon as possible!

When will I receive my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link for your package.
This link will allow you to know at any time where your package is and when it should be delivered.

Payment

Which payment methods are available?

You have the possibility to pay your order by :

- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron or by American express)
- PayPal

However, we do not accept payments in installments.

Are our payments secure?

Your banking information is never in our possession.
The transactions are entirely processed by the secure payment module of our bank (Caisse d'Epargne) or by the secure payment module of Paypal.
Your payment is totally secure.

How do I know if my payment has been approved?

Once your payment is approved on the payment module of our bank, you will be redirected to our site.
You will receive an order confirmation by email which will indicate that your payment has been successfully approved.
Always remember to check that your order confirmation is not in your junk mail.

In case of doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.

When will my bank account be debited?

Your account will be debited once your order is confirmed.

What if my payment was declined?

If your payment could not be completed, please resubmit your order with another payment method.

If despite this, you are unable to complete the payment of your order, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service:

- By phone: Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

Our team will do its best to help you.

Where can I find my invoices?

Your invoices are available in your customer area, under "my account/my orders".
Just click on the concerned order to download your invoice.

Return

How to make a return from France ?

* Metropolitan France :

- Log in to your customer area  ,

- Click on "MAKE A RETURN" directly in the black box if the return concerns your last order,

- Or Click on the «"MY ORDERS" » tab if your request concerns a previous order. After, click on the « "RETURN"  » action of the order concerned.


Then, fingers in the nose, you just need to follow the instructions.
But if you are still not fully confident, no stress, we summarize everything for you here. ;)

Step 1 : You will have three options: exchange, refund or voucher - It's up to you!

Step 2 :  Validate your return request and in the last step:

For Metropolitan France:  Your return ticket will appear on your browser. This ticket has 2 pages, on the first page you will find all the deposit possibilities offered by La Poste, the second page is your return ticket!

Step 3 :  Print  your return label.

Step 4 : Prepare your package with the items to be returned to us inside. Then stick your return label on your package.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and with all tags attached. They must not have been worn or washed.

Step 5: Ship your package

For Metropolitan France: You can drop off your return at a relay point or at a post office. You can also schedule a mailbox collection.

This service is free for Metropolitan France.

How to make a return from the DROM/COM or the foreign countries?

* DROM / COM, and foreign countries:

Only reimbursement is possible. Please return your product as indicated below, it will be refunded to you as soon as possible.

If you want another size, an exchange is not an option, you need to place a new order on our website www.freemantporter.com

To make a return:

- Log in to your customer area, ,

- Click on "MAKE A RETURN" directly in the black box if the return concerns your last order,

- Click on the «"MY ORDERS" » Tab if your request concerns a previous order and click on the « MAKE A RETURN » action of the order concerned.

Step 1: You will be redirected to the La Poste website, all you have to do is enter your email address and validate. Your ticket return will arrive directly in your mailbox.

Step 2: Print your ticket return

Step 3: Prepare your package by placing the items to be returned to us inside, as well as the "Return Form" which was in your package upon delivery. Finally, stick the return ticket on your package.

Items must be packaged in their original packaging and with all their labels. They must not have been worn or washed.

Step 4: Ship your package

Drop off your return at your nearest post office.

This service is free for Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and the Netherlands.

For returns from DROM / COM and other foreign countries, a flat-rate contribution to transport will be requested. To know its amount please click here.

Did you receive my return?

When we receive your return, an email is sent to you to inform you that we have successfully received your package.
As long as you have not received an email from us, it means that we have not received your return yet.

How long does it take to get my refund?

We reserve the right to a 30-day legal refund period.
But don't worry, refunds are usually made within about 10 days upon reception of your return.

Can we make an exchange instead of a refund?

Of course!
You just need to login into your customer area, tabORDERS | ORGANIZE A RETURN » then click on "MAKE A RETURN" under the order concerned.
Then select "Exchange" on the item(s) concerned.
Let yourself be guided.
And voila. :)

The requested size is reserved for you and will be sent to you once we get your return.

After returning an item, will I receive a refund or a voucher?

The choice is yours.

During your return process to your account here, you will have the choice between a refund, a voucher or an exchange.

Freeman T. Porter was founded in 1993. We are a small company based in the North-East of France, with a design office in Paris. Thanks to our small structure, we give priority to the proximity with our customers.

A team of passionate people is dedicated to create modern products that meet your expectations. The heart of our collections is denim, for which we have developed throughout the years a know-how unanimously recognized in the industry.

We are far from mass production, and we make the choice of small creations totally mastered.

To order our products, it's easy peasy:

- Add your favorite products to the cart
- Validate your order
- Log in or register if you are not yet a customer
- Check your address and choose your delivery method
- Choose a payment by PayPal or by Credit Card
- Payment by PayPal : you will be redirected to the PayPal platform
- Payment by credit card: you will be redirected to the Caisse d'Epargne payment module, which is entirely secure
- You will then receive an order confirmation by email

From then on, we take care of everything! All you have to do is wait for your package to arrive.

Forgot your password?

No worries, all you have to do is to click on "Sign in", then on "Forgot your password?". 

Fill in your email. 
You will receive a mail containing a link that you will need to click in order to reset your password. 
You will then be able to fill in your new password, and use it the next time you login.
A second mail will confirm you the reset of your password.

Guide

What is the length of the pants when not specified?

When the length is not specified (L32 or L34), our pants are then made in progressive length, which means that the length evolves with the size.

For example, a pant in size M will be longer than a pant in size S.

Which size to choose?

To help you in your size choice, do not hesitate to use our helping module by clicking on "SIZE GUIDE" under the "ADD TO BASKET" button in each product sheet.

In addition, in each product sheet (in the tab "DESCRIPTION", "+ Read more" then "SIZE GUIDE") we indicate the measurements of our mannequins and we add, if necessary, information about the size to choose.

Where to find the size guide?

You will find our size guide on the product page of each item, in the tab "DESCRIPTION", "+ Read more" then "SIZE GUIDE" of each article. This one is very specific to pants, jeans and tops.

Should I take my usual size?

Our articles are tailored in accordance with international size charts.
You can therefore take your usual size.

However, our sizes may slightly vary depending on the material used and you may have a different feeling in a pair of stretch pants or in a pair of raw denim pants.

They can also vary according to the design.
Depending on the spirit of a model it can be worn rather short, rather loose, etc...
