Shipping and returns

Shipping:

• • Orders before 3:00 PM: same-day shipping¹
• • Orders after 3:00 PM: next-day shipping¹
• • Weekends and public holidays²: shipping on the next business day¹
• ¹ Processing times may be longer during high-activity periods.
• ² Note: Our services follow the Alsace-Moselle calendar. In addition to French holidays, we are closed on Good Friday and December 26th.

Delivery:

Free for orders over €120 at a pick-up point (Mondial Relay).

Returns:

You have 14 days to change your mind. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with their original tags and packaging.

Return procedure:
1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Select the relevant order and click on "Return my order".
3. Follow the instructions and download your return label.

Exchange or voucher:

Free return.

Refund:

A contribution of €4.90 is deducted from your refund to cover part of the transport and processing costs of your return.
The refund is FREE for Gold or Platinum Club members.
The little extra: If return fees of €4.90 have been applied to you, we offer you in compensation a €5 voucher (with no minimum purchase). It will be automatically credited upon validation of your return by our logistics department.
