Delivery

To France and abroad / Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day.*

Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the next day.*

Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend : shipped the following Monday*

Order placed on a public holiday (France) : shipped the next working day

*During periods of high activity (sales, promotions, private sales), these deadlines may be slightly longer.

Delivery times and shipping costs

🇫🇷 France : Free Colissimo Relais delivery, with no minimum purchase.

Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg and the Netherlands : free Chronopost Relay delivery, with no minimum purchase.

🌍 Other countries : please contact our sales department at +33 (0)3 87 93 80 43 or consult our help center .

🌐 Countries outside Europe : taxes and customs fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer (see our General Terms and Conditions of Sale ).

Returns

A problem with size? A defect? Or simply a change of mind?

Here's how to make a return easily:

🔁 Making a return in 3 steps:

1️⃣ Log in to your customer area .

2️⃣ Select the relevant order and click on "Return my order" .

3️⃣ Follow the instructions and download your return label .

Return conditions

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to make a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed , with their original tags and packaging .

Exchange or voucher : free return.
It is now possible to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, subject to availability.

Refund : €5 contribution towards return costs, immediately credited back as a €5 voucher , usable without minimum purchase.

🌎 French overseas departments and territories & other foreign countries

Return shipping at your expense (transport + any customs fees).

No additional €5 participation fee is applied.

Exchanges are not available.

💰 Refund

Once your return has been received and validated, the refund will be issued to the original payment method (bank card or PayPal account).

Return processing may take a few days after receipt at the warehouse.
